Published Legomaniac!

I got the mail today, and look what I found in my January issue of Lego Club Junior magazine: ME!  I built that campground in my room and mom sent in the picture, and now I'm famous. Right? Maybe I'll let Tommy by my agent.

Tommy Won't Be 3 for Long, But He'll Be Crazy Forever

Tommy's Preschool Holiday Performance

Mom and Dad went to watch Tommy sing at his preschool holiday recital.  He decided he wanted to wear Christmas colors, but even though he looks festive...

He wasn't really feeling it at first.

But he did a really good job!

His class sang "Primary Colors" with some sign language, and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town". He sang loudly, and he only picked his nose for a little while.

We're so proud of our big boy!

First Time in the Snow

We went to a holiday event with REAL SNOW!  This is the first time Tommy or I have ever touched snow!

We were sooooo excited, even though we kept running, then slipping and falling on our bottoms.

Our favorite part was pelting Mom and Dad with snowballs.

I can't wait until we see snow again!

Decorating the Tree

Misty came over to help us decorate our Christmas tree!  We had fun finding and playing with all the ornaments, and didn't even drop any (looking at you, Mom) this year!
How does it look?

After decorating, I read Tommy, Chewy, and Misty a Christmas story about Skippyjon Jones while we all snuggled on the couch.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!

Mom's Not Loving the Elf on the Shelf

Mom may be running out of Elf on the Shelf ideas, and may be becoming a bit passive aggressive about it.

A Little Toys R Us, a Little Home Depot...Nice Little Saturday

Last Saturday Toys R Us had an even where you could dress up like a princess and decorate an ornament.  I went as Elsa, and Tommy went as my dragon.

The Toys R Us giraffe is definitely not short.

We also went to Home Depot to make some holiday lawn stakes.  We nailed them together, then painted them...

And put decorative stickers on.

The first three are mine.  Tommy decided that all his would be cyclops.

Super Reader

I got a super reader award at school today for all the Accelerated Reader tests I've been taking and passing.  I got a new book mark and a free meal at Islands!  Everyone's proud of me.  Tommy even picked this flower for me, and then kept it for himself.

Visiting Santa

We had fun visiting Santa and telling him what we wanted for Christmas.

We got to ride the holiday train, too!  Let the countdown begin!

Thanksgiving 2014

Nana, Stuart, Niki, and cousin Kyle came over for Thanksgiving.

Mom and I whipped up a pumpkin pie...

And Daddy and Nana helped us decorate gingerbread houses.

Looks cute AND delicious!

We were all very proud of our creations, and only picked a little candy off them, I swear.

We kiddos had some play time...

And pretended to be bats hanging upside down.

Then we played some Uno, and Dad won way too much (in my opinion).

Kyle and Tommy did lots of goofing around...

And I made a centerpiece for our table.  A big red turkey, peas, pie, stuffing, bread, croissants, and grapes.  Happy Turkey Day!

Trip to Arizona

Mommy, Tommy, Chewy and I took a road trip to Arizona to play with Grandma and Grandpa.  We had so much fun!  They took us to the zoo, and tried to feed us to the giraffes...

Or maybe they were just helping us feed the giraffes.

PS: Giraffe slobber is yucky.

But the zoo was fun!  We even got to ride the safari train.

We had fun going on a scavenger hunt at their house, playing cards, and having snuggle time.

Grandpa taught us how to tape up our noses, and we giggled so much about it that we mistakenly put on each other's pajamas!

We went mini golfing, and saw some cool model trains.

And on our last night there we went out for pizza.  We were a little wired, and decided we should treat everyone to a dinner with T Rexes...

I'm sure everyone thought it was as funny as we did.

Thanks for the fun, Grandma and Grandpa!
