The Summer of Swim

In addition to learning to swim, Tommy got to practice his preliminary surfing skills in Miles and Henry's pool.

My 6th Birthday Party

I wanted a Frozen themed birthday party.  Mom and I made little edible party favors for my guests to take home...

And I made one (and ate one) beforehand to make sure they worked.

I had 18 friends here, and we did a scavenger hunt, a snowflake craft, and some coloring before it was time for cake.

I liked having everyone sing to me.

And blew out all my candles on my first try.

I got tons of thoughtful and cool presents from my nice friends...

And family (that's Kyle).

We also played musical chairs.  RUN!

Did some Legoing in my room...

And after everyone else left Miles and I put on a magic show for our parents.

I love being 6!

I'm Six!

I just turned six years old!  I had a fun birthday, and got lots of cool presents, like this Frozen watch from Kara and Avery...

And some Octonauts toys from Chewy. He helped me open them, too.

 But my favorite is my new Furby Boom.  I named her Day-kah, which in Furby speak means "Fuzzy Pumpkin".  She's so silly!  We'll see how long it takes before Mom and Dad "accidentally" misplace her batteries.

I took my new Elsa doll from Grandma on my birthday adventure.

All I wanted to do was eat frozen yogurt...

And visit Charlie the crested gecko at the reptile zoo.

He gave me birthday licks.

We have our last week of swimming lessons (for now) next week.  We've come a long way!

Summer Time Buddies

Since my summer break is almost over, I'm spending as much silly time with Tommy as possible.  We've been eating ice cream...

And catching lizards at the park together. 

Legoland!

We had so much fun at Legoland yesterday!  









In addition to our Lego friends, we also played with Robby and Lizzy, and Miles and Henry.  

We spent most of our day in the waterpark, but Mom doesn't have any pictures of that because she was too busy splashing around with us.  After the waterpark all our friends went home, but we were still ready for some rides!  We jousted...

Went on the storybook boats, and ended the day on the roller coaster...

But only after winning these at one of the game booths!

Dombeks' Going Away Party

Our wonderful friends/cousins by choice Kara and Avery, and Uncle Kevin and Auntie Leslie moved up to northern California last month.  We'll miss them so much!  They had a fun going away party at their house, complete with lots of fun dress up stuff.


Miles and Tommy had fun showing off their muscles... 

And Daddy and I got silly in the "photo booth".

I know Kara and I will always be good buddies.

As you can see here, Stella the dog will miss Daddy most of all.

Tommy (Mr. Incredible), Lizzy (bunny ears), Avery (ladybug), Miles (green mask), Robby (pirate), and me (smiling graduate).  

Who will we be silly with now that they've moved?

I guess we'll just have to go up and visit.  We love you, Dombeks!
