New Year's Eve 2018

A new year and a new surgery for Chewy! He was having trouble going potty, so Mom took him to the vet and he had bladder stones blocking the full length of his urethra! Poor puppy. You can see the stones in his bladder in the middle in this x-ray, and all along his urethra. He had emergency surgery...

And came home on New Year's Eve.

He was asleep when we rang in the New Year on east coast time...

And it's a good thing he's deaf because we loud banging our pots and pans in the cul-de-sac. 

Secret Santa Party 2018

Our annual Secret Santa Party with Mom's college friends and their kids was a lot of fun this year. The adults chatted, and the kids played minute-to-win-it games like cup stacking...

Using a straw to transport M&Ms from one plate to another...

And keeping 2 balloons in the air at once for 1 minute.

A fun end to our season of holiday parties!

Mission San Juan Capistrano

For one of Tommy's Scout adventures we went and visited the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. None of us had ever been there before. The ruins of the old church were pretty cool!

And we're always up for a photo op. 

Christmas Post Eve Eve

We had our annual Christmas Eve Eve with our "cousins" after Christmas this year, but it was still super fun!

Maybe putting Mom and Auntie Leslie in charge of garlic bread was a bad idea. 

We a good little goofy group. 

But we wear Guinness and Chewy out. 

Mom's Birthday

Dad took Mom out for a yummy dinner a few nights before her birthday. 

They're so gross. 

And her friend Rachel made her a cake, and Tommy got to help blow out the candles. 

Christmas Day

Santa got Tommy the Grumblie he wanted!

And I got my interactive Harry Potter wand!

And Harry Potter bath bombs.

I also made a layer cake and decorated it for Mom's birthday. Everyone said it was cute and super yummy!

8 Year Old Birthday Boy

This crazy boy is 8 years old! 

No cake for him, he only wanted donuts...

And he got his wish! Happy Birthday Tom Tom Frog!

He went straight to bed with a little tummy ache when we got home from his birthday dinner (don't worry, he was fine later), so I made sure cookies and milk got put out for Santa. 

Newport Boat Parade

We went to the Newport Boat Parade with Robby and Lizzy this year. This house along the parade route was CRAZY!

We got to watch from the rooftop, and yell "Merry Christmas!!!" to all the boats passing by. 

This one ever had pyrotechnics!
