Dinner and Games

While I was out hiking Mom, Dad, and Tommy went out to dinner at a place with a bunch of games. They played King of Tokyo...

And Jenga.

They are lazier than I am, but they had fun. 

San Jacinto Hike

I went on a hike and camp out with my Scouts Troop the day after school got out. I was pretty chipper for 7:00am on the first day of summer vacation!

We rode the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway up to the trail head. 

And hiked 5 miles!

I was one of 30 people who got to see the super secluded Hidden Lake that day.

And also go to see this really cool "million dollar view". We could see all of Palm Springs from 10,000 feet up!

That night we camped at Joshua Tree and did a little star gazing. A great way to start the summer!

Last Day of 5th and 2nd Grade!

1st day vs last day of 2nd and 5th grade!

My 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Crain came back for our graduation party, and we were all so excited to see her!

I had my last art class with my awesome art teacher, Letitia.

After school we went to the pool with our buddies. Tommy was so hungry he even ate pizza!

5th Grade Promotion

My Scout Troop also did the flag presentation at the beginning of the ceremony. 

But don't worry, we kept our goofiness contained. 

Little Dog and Big Dog

Nana got a new puppy! She's teeny tiny and her name is Chloe. We had fun rolling around with her in the back yard. 

She's so cute!

And she even fell asleep snuggling me while we were watching TV.

But don't worry, we still like playing with our big dog.

Father's Day

We had a fun day celebrating Dad! We made a card with this picture in it. 

And took him to the video game store with his new shirt. 

Dad decided he wanted to bake bread from scratch, so I helped!

Tommy loves bread, but doesn't always love helping. He was more interested in watching every slow move of our new snail.
