Summer Camp

I went to summer day camp at the Shipley Nature Center this week and had so much fun!  We learned about how different animals use different senses, played games, and did crafts every day.  Sometimes when Tommy came to pick me up I'd show him my craft, like this cup and string telephone... 

And one day we each got to hold this teeny tiny lizard that one of the counselors found.

Here are the insect compound eyes I made, and my special nametag made from a small tree trunk.  We got to pick camp animal names.  Mine was "Pink Cheetah 2", because there was already a Pink Cheetah.  I also used stamps to make all the animal tracks on my cool camp t-shirt.





Here I am with all my crafts, it was so fun!

Tommy (sort of) got to go to camp too.  He went to the Little Gym three times this week.
He learned about sea creatures, played games, and made this mermaid, clam, and whale.
