We started off our Thanksgiving vacation with a quick day in San Francisco. Tommy and I had never been there, but I'd read about it in "The Book Scavenger" and learned some about it in my California history studies this year. We started off with a picnic in Golden Gate Park...
And then checked out Lombard Street, the most crooked street in the world.
Luckily we just walked down it instead of driving.
Then it was time for ride on the famous cable cars!
We rode it to Chinatown and looked around a bit, then went down to Fisherman's Wharf.
Before we left we needed a little snack and some hot chocolate at the Buena Vista.
Mom and Dad told us they never drink coffee unless it's Irish.
We left driving across the Golden Gate Bridge. So cool!
