We had a day off for conferences, so our parents were smart and scheduled the conferences early so we could go off and play. Grade A for them, and Griffith Observatory here we come! We did a little one mile (super steep) hike up there. Here you can see the Hollywood sign in the distance as well as the observatory.

Inside we went to the planetarium and looked at all the exhibits. The Tesla coil demonstration was our favorite!

We even went out for dinner and a HUGE dessert after. We love play days!
