We decided we needed at get-away, so we packed up the car to drive to Brian Head, Utah. Since we went right through Las Vegas, we had to make a pit stop.
We thought Tommy would like the Luxor since he loves Egyptian mythology...
And we also walked through the Excalibur, which the kids said was a lot like Medieval Times.
Since we've all been to New York, we though we'd check out the New York, New York casino. We had some New York style pizza there, and Dad liked this Statue of Liberty made out of Twizzlers better than the real one.
It was an admittedly different Vegas experience for Mom & Dad, but fun to show the kids what Vegas was (sort of) all about.
