USS Iowa Scouts Overnight

Our Pack got our reward for all the popcorn we sold: an overnight stay on the USS Iowa in Long Beach! 

We toured around the boat with the older kids in the Pack...

And liked looking at all the artillery most. 

Here we are trying to raise the anchor. It's not light. 

We slept in seriously close quarters. That's me on the top right, 3 bunks high!

Not sure how Dad ended up in the middle bunk, and Mom definitely regretted her choice of being in the top bunk since she had to keep getting down to tell us to stop giggling. 

But we had a good time! Here are the 2 5th grade Arrow of Light dens.

Here we are with the whole Pack. Even though Tommy, in the middle, looks like he had no fun, we all had a good time.
