We went to New York this summer to go to my aunt Audrey's wedding. We got all fancy, and Dad tied my tie for me.
We clean up well!
Almost 11 years old...
8 1/2 years old.
The wedding was at a place outside Fishkill called The Garrison. It was beautiful!
Which meant lots of posing for pictures.
Finally we'd had enough...
And it was time for a drink (shirley temples for us)...
Some goofing off...
And a snack. Tommy decided to try sushi.
He was not a fan.
Here's Dad with his dad, Grandpa Matt, and Audrey, the bride.
My great-uncle Michael was funny, and taught me how to do the trick where you pull your thumb off.
I goofed off with Mom too...
And Tommy got cold so he wore Dad's jacket.
Then he got a little attitude.
He had fun with our second cousin Owen...
And I think Owen liked him too.
He even jumped in the cousins' family photo at the photo booth. That's Liam, Dad's cousin Ethan, Elizabeth, Morgan, and Owen and Tommy in the front.
We had fun at the photo booth too.
Mom & Dad got in on the goofiness too. Nice Hulk pose, Mom.
Here's Mom and Dad with his step-sister Robyn and her husband Alex (Mom wishes she wasn't wearing the glow necklace Tommy made for her).
And Dad's brother David and sister Audrey
I wasn't sure about being on the dance floor, and definitely don't like it as much as Mom does, but I figured it out and found my own groove.
You can see us dancing in the clip below. Tommy was a dancing machine from the get-go. You can see him and Owen goofing around with their ties too. We all had a good time!
