Kat's 11th Birthday

I'm 11! I technically turned 11 the day we got back from New York, so no big celebration that day. We did go get a "naked cake" from the bakery at the grocery store, and I made the buttercream frosting to decorate it. 

Pretty, right? 

I got this fun bunk bed for my dolls from Grandma and Grandpa...

And got to have a party with my friends 2 weeks later. Olivia spent the night, then Kade and Emily came over to play in the morning...

And then Mom took us to lunch and then to an Alice in Wonderland themed Escape Room! We escaped with 3 hints and 10 extra minutes. Not bad for four 11 year olds (and one mom)! I got to play the role of the Queen of Hearts at the end and sit on the throne with the crown, bracelet, and scepter as the completion of the final puzzle.  

Afterward we went to Yogurtland for a treat. Mom brought candles and Kade helped keep them from blowing out..

Until I was ready!

I told Mom it was my most fun birthday yet!

And I loved the Alice in Wonderland name my friends came up with for our Escape Room Team: The Mad KATters!
