Art Class

Here are my latest creations from art class.
Creepy Man Carrying Balloons
Mrs. Bushy
The Ruby's Pier
This last one is a picture I drew at school to give to Mom.  She said it made her heart happy.  Go Peterson dolphins!

Mystery Reader

Yesterday I got to be the mystery reader in Tommy's class.  He was so surprised and excited, he jumped up and hugged me and hugged me, yelling, "Sister! Sister!"
I introduced the book, "Dog vs. Cat" and made sure I showed the class the pictures while I read.
It was so fun, and Mom and Mrs. Moeller both said I did a great job!  I'm a pretty cool big sister.

Animal Lover

In addition to wearing my cheetah ears every day...
I'm comfortable as a mermaid, and a snake walker/charmer.

80's Prom

Mom and Dad are a little silly.  Their friend had an 80's prom theme party for her 40th birthday, and they decided to go all out.  Like, totally.
Dad went as Spicoli from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High".

I think he did a pretty good job.
They had their prom picture taken...

They even slow danced.

Happy Birthday, Rachel!  It was a totally rad party!

Get Air, Tommy!

Couch

We had to turn the couch around so that Chewy won't jump on it anymore.  I don't know about Mom and Dad, but we like it better this way.

Gardening

We bought some flowers to plant in the front yard last weekend.  We're hoping to attract some butterflies.

Mom and Dad helped us do some planting...

And Chewy was just glad that his leg is some much better and he gets to be outside again.

Grandma's Here!

Yay, Grandma's here!  We missed her!  We had fun gooning around with her at the house, and had fun taking her to the Discovery Science Center to see the Hotwheels exhibit.  They had tracks to play with...
 Cool cars to see...

And pit stops to make.  Here we are changing the tires...
And filling this car up with gas.  Go, go, go!
We won!  Well, maybe everyone did, but this was still cool.

We also played around in the science of hockey exhibit.  Tommy was a zamboni driver...
And dad was a wizard?  A magician?  Whatever he was, he was funny.

A Visit from Godzilla

We got one last present in the mail yesterday.  It was this big Godzilla toy from our 2nd cousins Lucile and Cyrus (also note Tommy's new Godzilla shirt he was fortuitously wearing at the time).
And it came with a note.

We responded by sending them this little video.
Welcome, Godzilla!  We love you!
