We had a scheduled power outage last Thursday from 8:00am-4:00pm (it actually went until 7:40pm, ugh), so Mom and I had to get creative while Tommy was napping. After much coloring and painting, Mom remembered she had saved this "make your own tiara" kit for a rainy day.
No rain, but still a success!
