Walk Through the American Revolution With Me, George Washington

I chose to be George Washington in our school's American Revolution play.
Like my cottonball hair?
We tried to spray paint my ponytail white, but it turned out gray.
But I still looked cool! Here I am with my friend Jano.
And some of my classmates with my teacher, Mrs. Whitcroft.
We memorized some skits and speeches, and then a representative from Walk Through the Revolution came in to conduct the show. It was about 2/ 1/2 hours, but it went by really fast and kept us really engaged.
I was chosen by my group to compete in the 13 colonies puzzle competition, because they all know I'm a lego-maniac. And we won!
They showed us how to load our muskets for our battle skits...
And had different flags for our different important speeches through time.
We designed our sets. Here I am with in my boat with my army crossing the Delaware River. Notice the icebergs since it was winter.
Here we are, some of the Blue Rebels, doing our cheer. We got to do this every time we got points.
Here I am doing some of my speeches and skits as George Washington:
We had lots of fun...
And the Blue Rebels got the most points and won the whole thing!
Yay, us!
