Science is Real!

We went to the Discovery Science Center last week.  I liked this steam tornado, but the real reason we came was to see...

The Bob the Builder exhibit!  Tommy didn't want to go further than the first truck exhibit (even though he can play with trucks at home)...

But I had fun planting flowers.

Next I hauled rocks to build a wall...

While Tommy played Legos (which he also has at home).

Emily and Bob were proud of all my hard work...

And recruited Tommy and me to fix the pipes under their sink.

Then it was on to the dinosaur exhibit outside.  Tommy was a good helper putting this dinosaur skeleton puzzle together with me.

Last we checked out the rocket exhibit.  We got to launch model rockets, and pretend to blast off in this liftoff simulator.  Maybe I'll be an astronaut too!

Here's a video of our fun.  First we're playing with air currents, then launching rockets and blasting off, and last is me squealing and Tommy clinging to Mom for dear life in the hurricane simulator.
