Mom's friend Kristin and her family were out here visiting from Minnesota, so they wanted a beach day!
Aubrey and I are in 6th grade, which is how old our moms were when they became friends.
We had fun hunting for seashells together and burying Tommy in the sand.
Every big sister's dream!
Here's a video of him escaping, and little bit of the dolphins we saw swimming off the beach. A perfect California moment!
Afterwards we went to the Crystal Cove Shake Shack to watch the sunset, eat burgers and milkshakes, and have lots of laughs.
